Why this matters

Each assistant is building memory, and it lives inside that assistant. The work you do with them (your drafts, plans and decisions) is some of the most valuable content you create, and it's the hardest to move.

Connect it in three steps

  1. Copy your StayPuller address

    Create a free account and open Connections. Your address is there:

  2. Add it as a connector

    Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. ChatGPT: Settings, Connectors, then create one (turn on developer mode if asked). Paste the address and sign in to StayPuller when asked.

  3. Choose what it can use and do

    Pick which Storage Pods it can see, and whether it may add or share.

What's coming

The point is that nothing you do with an assistant is stranded in it.

You stay in control

Reading and finding is always on. Adding is optional. Sharing is off until you turn it on. And you choose which Storage Pod it can see: yours, or a team's.

Why not just use the assistant's built-in connectors?

Connectors reach one service at a time, and the memory stays in the assistant. StayPuller is one connection to your whole Storage Pod, for any assistant, with what you make saved in your storage and teams kept separate from you.

Does it see my other clouds?

It sees your Storage Pod.

Does my data train their models?

That depends on the assistant provider's terms. StayPuller never uses your content to train anything.

Which plan do I need?

Assistants work on the free plan.

Is there a file size limit?

Files an assistant adds are limited to 5 MB each for now. Larger files can be added from the apps and the website.

Can the assistant delete my files?

No. It can find, read and add. Sharing is a separate permission you must turn on.
