Your files stay yours
Your documents live in storage you own, never in a StayPuller database. When you share a file or ask Ask a question, we pass that file or the text of the matching documents through our servers to do it, and we don't keep a copy. Every plan has the same privacy; the paid plans add sharing and Ask. Read the privacy page.
Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, on the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing you've shared is removed when it ends; you just can't add new files over the free limit.
What is a credit?
Searching your files and documents is free and unlimited. Credits are used only when Ask does the work: answering a question, finding related files, or making a collection for you. A quick lookup uses about one credit and a request over many documents uses more. One credit is 0.3% of the Plus allowance. Looking for suggested collections is free. We show your use as a percentage; at 100% you can use a few more, and then Ask pauses until the next month, or you can move up to Pro.
What happens to my files if I stop paying?
Nothing. They're in your own storage. You go back to sharing up to 10 files at a time.
How do team seats work?
A team is free for up to 3 people. Beyond that you pay for each person on the team. Add or remove people any time and the bill follows, prorated.
Will new sources cost extra?
New sources such as email and calendar are coming and will be included in the plans. We'll say so here when they launch.
Is tax included?
Tax is added at checkout where it applies. You pay on Stripe's secure page, and we never see your card.
