Everything you do, flowing into one place
StayPuller takes in more than files. Here is every source, and where each stands.
Documents and scans
Scan with the Android app and Claude reads the page, names it and finds its dates, which become reminders. Add files from the Mac, Windows and Linux apps and the website, collect them from other people with a request link, or scan with a phone camera through a QR-code page.
Available nowContacts
Connect one or more Google accounts, each with its own name, and every person is saved as a file. Today this runs through the Mac or Windows app; it stays read-only.
Available nowContacts without a desktop app
Connect your contacts on the web, with no app to install.
Coming soonMeeting notes and transcripts
Plaud recordings become notes and transcripts in your pod, through the desktop app.
Available nowMeetings from Fathom and Granola
Connect your own API key and your meetings come in as Markdown, each with its summary and transcript (Granola needs a Business or Enterprise plan). New ones arrive every few hours, or press Import now.
Available nowNotes from Notion and Mem
Connect your own API key and your notes become Markdown files in your Storage Pod, kept up to date when you edit them. For Notion, you choose which pages by giving the integration access to them.
Available nowObsidian vaults
Obsidian keeps your notes as plain Markdown files and has no cloud service to connect to. Keep the vault's folder inside your Storage Pod folder on a Mac, Windows PC or Linux machine, and the desktop apps sync the notes like any other files.
Available nowMeetings from Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Connect your own Zoom Server-to-Server app or a Microsoft Entra app, and your meeting transcripts come in as Markdown (with Zoom's AI Companion summary when you have one). Neither service lets a person just paste a key: a Zoom account admin authorizes the Zoom app, and a Microsoft 365 administrator registers the Teams app, because Microsoft only lets an application read transcripts. Zoom needs cloud recording with transcripts on a paid plan; Teams needs transcription on and the organization's transcript access enabled.
Available nowMeetings from Google Meet
Sign in with Google and your Meet transcripts come in. It is built and waiting for Google's approval of the Meet permission for StayPuller.
Coming soonUploaded audio and Otter
Drop in a recording and get a transcript, and import from Otter once its own API is open to everyone (it is limited to enterprise customers for now).
Coming soonWhat your assistants make
Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP can add what it writes to your pod, so the work isn't left in a chat window. Small files and text, up to 5 MB each.
Available nowYour AI conversations
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant to save a conversation, with a summary and the conversation itself, and what you made in it, as readable files in your Storage Pod. Any assistant can list and read them, so a new chat or a different assistant picks up the thread. It saves when you ask it to, and works as well as your assistant follows the request.
Available nowYour past ChatGPT and Claude history
Import the history you already have, from the export each service gives you.
Coming soonEmail and attachments
Forward a message to your address and the attachments are filed and the message kept. It's opt-in, and we'll say exactly what passes through our servers.
Coming soonCalendar
Start with a private calendar link; Google and Outlook connections later. Read-only.
Coming soonTidbits
A board for small things: paste text, a link or a picture, and hand any of them to someone with a temporary QR code or link. Kept in your own Storage Pod; on Android, choose StayPuller in the Share sheet.
Available nowA web clipper and forward-to-save
